Wellbeing Group
We run different groups depending on your age. The Wellbeing Groups are a great way to connect with other young people, learn new skills or develop new interests and improve your wellbeing.
These are the groups we currently offer for 11-17 year-olds:
Drop Zone:
For ages 11-16, runs on Mondays 6pm – 7:30pm (Term-time only.) – NO SPACES, FULLY BOOKED

For ages 11-17, runs on Wednesdays 4:30pm – 6pm at the Silk Museum. (Term-time only.) – NO SPACES, FULLY BOOKED

PT Sessions:
For ages 11-17, runs on Tuesdays 4:30pm – 6pm at Macclesfield Performance Gym – NO SPACES, FULLY BOOKED

Know Your Worth:
For young women in year 10 and 11, runs on Thursdays (starting 2nd October) 4pm – 5:30pm, at Just Drop-In – SPACES AVAILABLE!
