I know I can be myself, I know I don’t need to hide or go back into myself. I am supported in the areas I need and more. My mentor and Drop-In staff are fab, very welcoming and friendly. It always calms me down when I’m having an episode. I suffer from a range of mental health issues and other disabilities, and was struggling massively. I learned I don’t have to go through it on my own - there are people at the Drop-In Centre that can help, and want to help. I love spending time there, I am being listened to and situations are resolved. I’m coming into my own for my own improvements in life.
Mentoring
If you need a little bit more support to find your feet our mentoring service could be a help.
Our staff and volunteers will help you set goals for your future and put a plan in place to help you achieve them.
You would be matched with a mentor and offered regular slots to work together to put your plan in place.

Mentoring is open to children and young people aged 12-25, and is currently offered over the phone, online for those aged 18+, with some face to face appointments available in certain circumstances.
