Course Information

For parents of children aged 12-16, we run Triple P in partnership with the Local Authority throughout the year. It’s run over an 8 week period, and includes 4 x group sessions, 3 x one to one phone calls, followed by a final group session. The Positive Parenting Programme is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent, as well as manage behavioural and emotional problems in children and young people.

 

Providing parents with skills and confidence, the programme enables parents to be self-sufficient and gives simple and practical strategies to help you build strong, healthy relationships to enable you to manage family issues without ongoing support. There is a real focus on developing positive relationships within the family home helping young people to realise their potential.

Professional and friendly delivery of the course. Learned so much to take with me as a parent of 2 children. I will disseminate knowledge learned on the course to other parents, invaluable.
